You can not view “Did you notice the Information Bar” dialogue:-
Start>Run>Regedit>Ok
Now navigate to:-
HKEY_CURRENT-USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Internet Explorer\Information Bar
Values:-
0=Do not show message
1=Show message
Active X Control-displaying problem when questionable content is encountered:-
Start>Run>Regedit>Ok
Now navigate to:- HKEY_CURRENT-USER\Software\Microsoft\WindowsWindows\CurrentVersionInternetSettings\Zones\{x}
Values:-
2201 (dword)
0=(enable)
3= (disable)
Problems regarding Automatic prompting for file downloads:-
Start>Run>Regedit>Ok
Now navigate to:-
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion
Internet Settings\Zones\{x}
Values:-
2200 (dword)
0 =(enable)
3=(disable)

0= (do not display)
