The Problem:-When one tries to install Software update 898461it fails to install.
The related KB which fails to install:-http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=898461
Why does it happen:-It happens if %SystemRoot%\System32\Spupdsvc.exe is corrupted.
Resolution:-Rename Spudsvc.exe to Spudsvc.old and retry.
