Blue bar with additional options missing in My Computer or Control Panel

The Problem:-When you open a window from My Computer or the Control Panel, and you don't see the blue bar with additional options.

Cause:-This happens if Common Tasks are in turned off.



Resolution:-Open My Computer or,Control Panel,go to Tools then Folder Options,Check Show common tasks in folders.Click OK/Apply.
