Oh. My. God.
Thank you so much! I've been trying to figure this out for weeks, and I've googled every possible phrase... finally I came across your page. Exactly what I needed.
Go you!
First Google hit on "windows thumbnail view doesn't work" - this worked for me too! My thumbnails had failed to display for several months now. I tried reassociating with various programs - ie, paint, etc - with no luck. Ran regsvr and presto! they're back. Thanks!
Hello there.
Here I am, surfing the web, hoping to find solution for my "problem"
Ok - here's what's troubling me: I have this mp3 folder called albums. Every folder is sorted due to the artist's name, and discography, as well as album's cover.
But every once in a while, my thumbnail view folders get messed up. Instead of large thumbnail pictures, they get shrinked to a smaller size, although I've previously have MANUALLY set them up. And it gets me frustrating 'cause, I've got some 300 folders to organize : )
I just hope that I've made my point clear : (
Awesome, that worked perfectly. Would you care to explain in more detail what exactly that command is, and what it did to make my thumbnails reappear?
