Troubleshootings:-MS Paint won't work

The problem is when you click MS Paint in Windows XP it doesn't work.

Resolution:-

Method One-Through Add/Remove Programs Under Control Panel:-

Open Control Panel>Double Click on Add/Remove Programs>Add/Remove Windows Componenets>Highlight Accessories and Utilities>Click on Details tab>Highlight Accessories>Click on Details tab>Scroll down to the last item i.e. Paints>Uncheck the box against Paints>OK
Windows will now uninstall Paint brush. Now, insert Windows XP CD in the drive and repeat the above procedure, but enable or check the Paint entry and click Next. The required files are extracted from the installation CD and Paint is now reinstalled.

Method Two-Through The Registry Editor:-

start>run>regedit>ok, navigate to this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Applets\Paint
Hightlight (click on it) that key and delete it. Close the registry editor and restart your system. Now you will find MS Paint is working.
